I really want to compliment the staff that I dealt with today from your company. I was beyond “upset” when I called Straightline Plumbing today. The lady I spoke to (Debbie, I believe!?) was very attentive and patient and made me feel assured during our conversation. Very soon after that, your Rep Maurice arrived at my home to give me an estimate for my “plumbing issue”.

I was impressed with the promptness, and soon after, I was very comfortable with my choice to deal with Straightline Plumbing. Maurice was very courteous, polite, professional, friendly and capable! He explained anything I was unsure of in a way that I could understand. He fixed the problems like a true professional and I just want to thank you all and tell you that you have earned my future business and I would not hesitate to recommend Straightline Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a great Plumber!
